Hendrick transformed an existing warehouse into Reliance Worldwide Corporation’s first Client Experience Center, creating an immersive, hands-on destination for this global plumbing solutions leader. The design reimagines the industrial shell as a workshop-driven environment focused on product performance and real-world problem solving.

Fifteen exposed demonstration walls allow visitors to see fittings in action within residential and commercial assemblies. A fully functional workshop zone supports live demonstrations and training sessions beneath a bold suspended steel halo, illuminated with integrated LED lighting, that frames and unifies the open volume.

Integrated environmental graphics communicate product features, field benefits, and innovation history in collaboration with RWC’s marketing and sales teams. Mock retail aisle environments and flexible event space allow the center to evolve alongside the company’s product pipeline. The result is a dynamic, brand-forward environment that strengthens sales, training, and client engagement.
