As a leader in working capital financial technology, the company's workplace needed to reflect its collaborative, innovative nature. We identified underutilized spaces, a lack of team areas, and inconsistent technology. In response, we shifted from an individual-focused layout to a flexible, collaborative environment featuring modular furniture, increased meeting spaces, and designated team neighborhoods.
The new agile, tech-driven workspace enhances collaboration and productivity. It offers a variety of spaces for solo work, teamwork, learning, and socializing, allowing employees to choose the best setting for their tasks while fostering greater interaction and innovation.
