Hendrick partnered with Healthcare Georgia Foundation to design a headquarters that aligns with the Foundation’s mission to advance health equity and improve the health outcomes of all Georgians—especially underserved communities. Rooted in our Life-Centered Design approach, this project was envisioned not simply as a workplace, but as a catalyst for meaningful impact. From the outset, Hendrick engaged with the Foundation to understand its evolving operational needs, cultural values, and the vital role it plays in supporting statewide health initiatives. The result was a design that thoughtfully integrates functionality with purpose, offering a balance of private, collaborative, and support spaces to reflect the Foundation’s transparent and inclusive work style. Amenities like a welcoming reception, adaptable training areas, and resourceful marketing storage zones were strategically placed to facilitate both internal collaboration and external engagement. Throughout the design process, Hendrick remained committed to creating a human-centered environment that supports wellness, fosters connection, and visually reinforces the Foundation’s identity as a trusted leader in public health.
