The C-Tech project for Cox Communications, our third major project with the company, was designed to accommodate the growing needs of the organization. This 500,000-square-foot space includes dedicated department zones, collaborative areas, and an incubation center for R&D. On-site amenities, including dining and wellness facilities, enhance the employee experience. Achieving LEED Gold certification, the project reflects Cox’s dedication to sustainability and innovation, offering a forward-thinking, environmentally conscious workspace that supports staff well-being and technological advancement.
