Support center design enhances employee experience with collaborative spaces and modern amenities

Children's Healthcare of Atlanta

Project details

As part of a new campus anchored by the state-of-the-art Arthur M. Blank Hospital, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta created a new Support Center to enhance the employee experience. Replacing aging buildings, the center fosters collaboration, stewardship, and talent development, aligning with the organization’s mission to improve children’s health.

Designed to boost productivity, retain employees, and attract new talent, the Support Center features a welcoming Entry Pavilion that leads to an amenity-filled concourse, including a fitness center, health clinic, state-of-the-art conference center, Tech Bar, concierge, and libraries. Throughout the space, patterns, textures, and imagery of children inspire employees and reflect the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta brand.

Kind words from the client

The new Support Building will create a work environment with improved opportunities for collaboration and innovation for support teams. As Children's Healthcare of Atlanta invests in medical and support facilities, the goal is to attract and retain the best clinicians and staff so that Georgia’s children continue to receive the specialized care they deserve.
