Voya's Atlanta Corporate Campus, set in a serene wooded landscape, recognized the need to update its outdated cafeteria to better support employee retention and recruitment. Hendrick partnered with Voya to create a modern dining amenity that offers healthy food options and takes advantage of the tranquil surroundings.
The renovation introduced fresh food stations, a large salad bar, and multipurpose gathering spaces with integrated technology, providing both a dining and collaboration hub. The update has been well received, resulting in increased food sales and improved employee satisfaction.
