After 35 years in their downtown Atlanta headquarters, Georgia-Pacific recognized the need to transform their workplace to better align with their organizational goals and culture. Partnering with experts in strategy, design, and change management, they set out to create an innovative environment that boosted productivity, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.

The renovation resulted in a 40% increase in capacity while using 10 fewer floors. Key improvements included significant technology investments, triple the conference rooms, and a variety of new spaces like Focus Rooms for individual work and Work Cafés for collaboration and socializing. The new design fostered more casual interactions and strengthened team connections, with employees preferring the updated space and benefiting from improved mobility and collaboration tools.
