Comcast, a global leader in telecommunications and innovation, sought to inspire the same spirit within their Southeast Regional Headquarters in Atlanta, GA. Spanning 245,000 square feet and located above the Battery, overlooking the Braves Stadium, the renovated nine-story tower was designed to support over 1,000 employees, featuring 20,000 square feet of hospitality and dining amenities, as well as an Innovation Lab.
Hendrick collaborated with Design Republic, a ONE Global Design Partner with extensive media project experience, to create a workplace that enhances productivity, encourages creative thinking, and boosts overall employee satisfaction. Through in-depth meetings, interviews, and employee surveys, the design team gained insights into the daily routines of Comcast staff, guiding the creation of a highly efficient and functional work environment.

Our Divisional Headquarters, located in Atlanta, GA, was a complex project that Hendrick was instrumental in driving to success. The project moved our employees into a completely new work environment – interiors and exteriors. Along with the Battery Atlanta and the new Truist Park (home to the Atlanta Braves), the project positioned our company to create a live, work, and play environment. The interior and exterior designs created by Hendrick created an environment where our employees can practice flexibility in collaboration and technology, which is so critical so our operating groups can successfully manage the extremely fast changes in our business environment.
