Office expansion enhances collaboration and flexibility with vibrant social hub

Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation

Project details

The expansion of the Arthur M. Blank Family Office supported the growing Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation (AMBFF) by converting 7,000 square feet of attic space into office space and renovating 24,000 square feet across two floors. This expansion prioritized collaboration and flexibility, reflecting modern workplace trends. A key highlight was the creation of a vibrant social hub on the fourth floor, featuring an expanded café and collaboration area designed for casual meetings, shared meals, and diverse workstyles. The renovation fostered a dynamic, comfortable environment that encouraged spontaneous interactions and enhanced the overall employee experience.

Kind words from the client

Transforming the fourth-floor storage space into a modern, beautiful office space was initially hard to envision. Hendrick meticulously mapped out each area, presenting it in a way that made the transformation clear and efficiently brought the space to life. What was once essentially an attic is now a light-filled, updated, modern working space where impactful work can be done. The results are impressive, and the team's diligent work is greatly appreciated.
