As part of the feature, Managing Principal Jennifer Treter shared her perspective on how sustainability is evolving in today’s built environment:

Clients expect numbers they can trust—verified savings, measurable impacts, and third-party validation. Energy use, waste reduction, and carbon exposure now matter more than any slogan. AI, IOT sensors, and digital twins are giving companies new ways to act on sustainability goals. They help track performance in real time, predict problems before they happen, and make efficiency part of everyday operations.”
